I used photoshop so technically its not a vector image. I use a polygonal lasso tool and usually a reference picture to start with, then trace of the basic shapes of a picture and fill them with colour- then refine it by adding more shades.

Is this supposed to be American Psycho? Because of the allusion in the title, and he does kinda resemble Christian Bale, in the way that Max Payne resembled the creator (who he was modeled after...).
