Description
Genji: Once a member of the Shimada, a battle with his brother left him near death, Genji was cybernetically enhanced, saving his life but making him more machine then man. He has sense made some peace with this, and now utilizes his skills with the blade and shuriken to slay foes for the Overwatch.Scout: Born and raised in Boston, Massachusetts, Scout is a scrapper with a snarky "in-your-face" attitude. Armed with a Scattergun, a Pistol, and a baseball bat, along with a lot of self-confidence (or is that arrogance?), the Scout is always ready to run his enemies into the ground and give them a proper beating.
Now these two will face each other in battle. Both rely on speed and agility to overcome their opponents, but who is better? The cyborg assassin, or the bat swinging Bostonian? Neither will give up, and no mercy (or medic) is coming to save them. There is only one way this battle can end, and that's for one of them to prove that they are...

Going with Scout. That Dragon attack hasn't shown much destructive capacity since it phases through buildings and at best it's attack potency is Small Building level due to harming characters like Zarya and Roadhog. His deflection attack is basically the few things keeping Genji in the fight but Scout has better weapons, speed (*Subsonic, Hypersonic at his peak [*Can outmaneuver bullets in Meet the Scout, Massively Hypersonic with BONK (*BONK can boost his speed stats)], and durability. Due to him tanking three rockets, and when calced Scout took 2 Tons of TNT.

I am a hardcore TF2 fanboy, but Genji will win, without a doubt. Scout does get the girl (Tracer), though.

The fastest baseball bat swing can go up to 101 mph, though Scout's swinging speed is most likely below that..Β The average arrow can go 150 mph, in which Genji casually dodges, blocks, and reacts to.Β If the game versions, the average bullet can go 1,700 mph, which Genji can deflect a barrage of them with ease.
And if we're going by the HP logic, Scout's bat can do 35 damage.Β Genji's Dragonblade...

Yeah, but hes a cyborg and is an actual katana, not an aluminium baseball bat. And no, Genji loses in speed and coordination to Scout BECAUSE he is not Scout. Nothing is faster than Scout in Overwatch (he can go 50% faster).

(as if it will be able to hit a casual bullet-timer like Genji?)
+Run at up to double speed at maximum boost
(at 22.2 mph...that's a joke compared to what Genji can do/deal with)

(more damage can be done to Scout, and with what Genji can give out, he'd basically one-shot)
-35% slower move speed on wearer

(even if Genji gets hit, Scout jumps once and that boost will mean nothing)

Genji canΒ΄t deflect THAT many.
Of course, it can hit another bullet-timer, full of coc...caffeine.
And unlike Lucio, Scout is a perfectly normal American that can run at that speed ALWAYS (till he gets shot, but most of the time he wonΒ΄t).
You know what? Scout gets the damn boost as normal speed. IΒ΄m done playing other rules, and I will use OverwatchΒ΄s!

Genji, reason being, he has a much longer range, his deflect can send back any projectile. Plus his quick strike can easily tear through enemies, and as for his Ultimate he can summon a giant green dragon (yes it's not done in the game, but the animation showed he can do so.)
