Prepare to throw all logic and reason out the window folks, it's time for Cartoon Physics 101!The Mask: An ordinary man transformed into an insane, uninhibited, violent superhero by a magical mask; the Mask cannot be contained by mere laws or common sense!
Betelgeuse/Beeteljuice: The Ghost with the most, and fearsome Bio-Exorcist; Betelgeuse brings all his poltergeist powers to bare on any mortal foolish enough to summon him from the afterlife.
So, when these two reality warping menaces to the peace collide, who will walk away with bragging rights? Is the power of the Mask's namesake enough to kill someone who's already dead? Can Betelgeuse even hope to injure someone possibly more cartoon-y then him? It's up to you to decide:
WHO! IS! DEADLIEST!

Oh, I don't see them being firends at all. They both want to be the best, especially Beetljuice. Whatever friendship they develop would quickly devolve into constant one-upmanship before they turn on each other hard.

Beetlejuice is just a pissed off ghost. The Mask is in possession of the powers of Loki. Loki already defeated Kratos. This wannabe is a pushover.

According to the rules of Death Battle. Both Opponents have no knowledge of each other. The Mask wouldn't know he'd have to say Beetlejuice's name three times to win.

beetlejuice for having demonic powers and the mask just has cartoony ones. Also the mask is mortal and beetlejuice is a demon or something like that

Someone else mentioned it be cool if Freakazoid was involved on another picture. He's got a point, there should be a Three-way Death Battle between them. Then I dont think the fabric of the universe would be the same again

Oh and Beetlejuice is gonna win out in this one. Mostly because 1. He has no problem with killing the living, 2. His gags and pranks are far more dangerous, and 3. He's already DEAD!
