Super late reply, but yes they can but they bleed terribly so I don't suggest it. It's best to use marker pads ;-;

Ahh this is lovely. I always admire the way you draw folds in fabric. And you have very nice handwriting. :]

Just a "not so pro at copic markers" pro-tip.Β
If you want to have the best results from Copics, use Canson paper.
I personally love the Canson Fanboy paper.

You shouldn't use line paper with copics. Line paper has lots of pores and soaks up lots of the ink and even though it's refillable it's expensive. Look for bristol paper. It's very smooth and works wonders. It's also thicker than actual copic paper.
