Cloud Strife with his Fusion swords.The doll is customized by me (faceup, mods, clothes, shoes etc.) The sword is made by me and my boyfriend.

I bought Soom Supergem body; I bought and drastically modded Luts Cane head (actually only his forehead and ears aren't modded); I bought his wig from thereif on Den of Angels; I made his faceup and the rest of the stuff: clothes, boots and Fusion swords (the swords - with a great help of my boyfriend).
I'm sorry but it's imposible to commission another Cloud: I'd prefer him to be unique.
