Is After Effects what you use to animate those paintings, too? I've always wondered how those are done, like to make them all flowy and stuff o:

The other ones I did were made with another program called Dp animation maker, which is good as well but it also doesn't have a reliable layer system. I'm only now learning to use after effects but Im pretty sure they can be used together to achieve certain animations/effects.
