"So I've been hearin' rumors goin' about me ship!" The pirate captain bellowed with a loud call, drawing the attention for every Chimereon on the ship. Once he saw eyes on him he cleared his throat, preparing himself for a long talk with his new crew.

"I've been hearin' treachery and mutiny in the winds of these sails, of freein' a certain pretty thing from my ship." Rokusho emphasizes the precious item by tapping the top of the case with his foot, making the mercham inside look up with vague annoyance, but something written on her face was also deeply concerning. Chams started muttering about. There were easily 20 chams on board, some even below the ship, but that didn't stop the chatter getting louder until Rokusho had to shout over them once again.

"Of course, I've taken measures to ensure that no one gets any clever ideas! Guards! Come out here!" And as if waiting on cue, two chams seem to emerge out of the darkness of the moonlight.

One seemed bulky, and could easily win in a fist fight with anyone on the ship. His bite worse than his bark, with claws to match his large pink teeth, shown off by a gleaming grin. He took out a pistol, his hand making it seem like it was a toy than a weapon. He then raises his other arm in the air, purple energy leaking from it. After a few seconds, he pulled it back down sharply, and three swords, that were just about, suddenly were enveloped in that same purple glow, floating by the cham's side.

The other was slimmer than the other, and smaller, but he was just as intimidating. An eyepatch over a scarred eye as he snarled into the crowd, his battle wounds obvious on his arms and face, making him seem an expert at the fighting craft. He held up a lantern that shown brilliantly in the night, being able to spot the sneakiest of chams. He limbed in front of the water tank with a limp, the sharp 'tak' with each time the metal tip of the peg leg hit the ship's wooden floors. He drew his own scabbard from his belt to his side.

Both of these chams stared into the crowd, and the crowd went still. Some chams backing off while others stayed in place, a look of defiance in their faces. Rokusho scanned every cham in the crowd before clearing his throat again.

"Meet Daimao the Deadly, and Vidar the Vicious! These two are going to be guarding this here treasure until we get to the market in the north. I've given them permission to tie up anyone who's snooping around the water tank where they shouldn't be. As for her precious item, I wouldn't even bother looking! It's in the safest place on this ship, and I'll see to it that no one can lay a finger on it!" Rokusho crosses his arms, his tail swishing with the breeze as the pale moonlight lit the water. The Mercham swims up to the glass, putting her hand on it as if pleading the chams she knows that will help her, to try and stay calm, and that she believes that they'll think of something.

As the wind flourished in the wind, the two guards scanned about, making sure no one got close, Rokusho smiles, his yellow teeth gleaming in the guards' own lights.

"Now me hearties, Rest till 'morrow! We have a big day ahead of us!"

This took me uh, 3 days? Yeah, that sounds about right. It took a really long time, and I'm really happy with the lighting and everything, it's just, super pretty, and I really like how dramatic it looks. I really like this event and I cannot wait to see what happens when it's over. It's been a good run! But now I gotta work on YCHS. Maybe after that I can take a break from art a little and play Sly Cooper 4. That sounds like heaven rn.
