Description
So, I decided to spontaneously try out a new coloring method. Who better to practice on than Neji Hyuuga?
I think that was the first time drawing a detailed bird in quite a few years, and I didn't use any references for it so it might be off. I guess its a hawk though. 
And I know his legs look funny, but the scanner cut off the bottom of the picture so it messed me up.I think it took me....3hrs? I started around 2a.m....it's almost 5a.m.

Mhmm.. The colouring and inking kinda reminds me of the style used in "Foster's Home for Imaginary Friends". I really like most aspects of this picture, I just think you could've made the pecs a little bit longer, the final most downward feathers more detailed like the rest, and his belt thing is more triangular than square, if I do remember correctly. Overall, very nice, the title goes perfect with this! 
P.S. Mayhaps the caged bird symbol could've been shown? Or do you tihnk devART would ban it because of the Swastika *sp?*?
