Weather Teams are all unique based on the town or city they are required to run for, but they all follow the same basic structure. Weather Manager, ThunderCloud Maintenance, Rain Leaders, Snow Herder, Wind Team, etc....... But only the town with the most ground and higher population are ever permitted to award a pony a position such as Storm Master. These skilled ponies oversee the heaviest storms that Equestria ever knows, all while holding a sort of uncanny ability to work such dangerous weather conditions and keep them in check. The only Storm Master known to Equestria is the Alicorn mare tucked away in her factory high above CloudsDale, where she may over see and send orders to the rest of the Holds, being the 'Princess of Elemental Conditions'...... Best known as the Weather Master and Creator.

So why is it that such a small town such as PonyVille has been awarded a pony with the rank of Storm Master? A pony such that has not been seen in any other part of Equestria. A pony secluded from the rest of the town, tucked away in the dark clouds rumbling over the EverFree forest, until time that her storm's be unleashed..... a truly daunting figure should you ever see her- if you ever see her.

Always remaining a true shadow in the storm........... StormShadow, Storm Master.
