I wanted to finally make a p2u base
It includes an SAI, PSD, and PNG file format
It's not MS paint friendly I'm sorry! ;o;
The rules are the following:
You can use it for adopts!
You can use it for POINT commissions, not real money

If you somehow lose your file, just note me and I can give it to you again! { with proof of purchase }
Obviously, don't upload the undolled version anywhere even if you purchase it!
