I'm so sorry for your loss , I've had several cats that have passed away over the years. It's never an easy thing to cope with the loss of one of them.

He's living fat and happy life right now. You gotta be watchful at night, he'll lurk in the shadows and when you least expect it he'll pounce on your leg and try claw his way up.

That's what I thought until he wanted to play and scratched up my arm (though not all that seriously). He's got a some really sharp claws for a kitten.

Yeah, I have gouges out of my leg from my kitten Peri. She thinks she can climb up your legs and just clawhang on your butt. It's not comfortable.

I remember when my other cat, Zuko, used to try to climb up my leg with his claws. One time he actually made it up to my back (made some holes in my shirt though).

Yeah. If she doesn't stop at the butt, she'll get to your back. She likes to sit on your shoulder, but can't figure out how to get up there, so she hangs on your back and it HURTS.

I won him from a carnie a week ago at the fair playing one of those knock-the-bottles-down games. I could have had a "normal prize" or go for the mystery prize. I was intrigued by the so-called mystery and went for the mystery prize...and then the carnie pulled out this little guy as my prize out of a cardboard box behind him.

I'm not regretting my choice one bit (though I don't think carnies should be handing out kittens as prizes).
