Description

This is a Night Crawler, one of the most deadly dragons in all of Nivia, not only due to its ferocity but also due to the fact that it is a silent killer. It eats any meat it can fit into its jaws but its favourite food is children. It prefers the soft exposed flesh compared to other animals that are either covered with fur, scales, or feathers. It uses its mist to fly around and slink into the shadows to hide and wait for the opportune moment to pounce, or to avoid possible predators which include larger creatures, poisonous creatures, and sunlight. This dragon has a skeleton so fragile it's practically like white, hollow glass that melts like candle wax. Even the slightest touch of sunlight will instantly begin to melt any part of the dragon exposed to it. Even noise can be deadly for this dragon. The smallest vibration can shatter its skeleton. This is how it earned its title as "The Silent Killer", it can't even produce noise itself as it is born without vocal chords. Due to its weaknesses it is forced to hunt only at night time or anywhere that is dark and quiet. Night time, however, is the best time for it as most creatures will be asleep by then and therefore there will be less noise and, of course, no risk of exposing itself to sunlight. Plus small children will be tucked up in their beds by then, as will their unsuspecting parents, making it nice and easy for this silent killer to enjoy a quick juicy meal.

I originally started with just the lighter version so you could see the whole body and mist of the dragon, but when fiddling with the shadows and skeleton glow I managed to make the darker version (which personally I prefer). I added a little extra glow on the boy from the Night Crawler's teeth.
