Working out spike position/perspective on a twisting appendage can't be easy...your work here looks OK with a little focus to distinguish the spikes & stripes.

All told, this dragon exudes a late-80's vibe...can't say whether it's the zebra striping, neon-green/magenta wings or punk mane. Either way, the glazed eye, snarling grin & bristling spikes do exude that special "I am far too nuts to screw with" aura.
Oddly enough, although I love the tail-tip tuft/dual-spike combo, the mix of stripes and spikes with rings does make the tail's base a bit visually...er...jumbled. Still a fun submission, and I'm glad the character's designer likes it.

The tail base is something I wasn't very happy with. The original had these alternating size spikes along the tail, and I tried to do that, but with the tail curving like that...it didn't work the way I wanted.
