I can answer that. Myston is a member of an entire race of giant beings called Karmians. Beyond the Tyranosaurian head and claws, they have humanoid bodies. That also explains the shorts. Unlike other kaiju, Myston has to show a decorum of modesty, lol.

Yeah, it probably would have fit in with the Tyrannosuarian aspect, but truth be told, I actually designed Myston after a toy I used to have. It was a black, humanoid body with claws coming out of the fingers and toes (sound familiar?) and three detachable heads that glowed in the dark. One was insectoid, one was a knight, and the other, a Tyrannosaurus with a horn on it's snout. I lost the other two, but was able to hang onto the Tyrannosaur head.

XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXL, I think. Custom fit all the way baby, lol. And he's so well-muscled because he's been training for about 2000 years (the average Karmian lifespan is only around 25 years or so, Myston is immortal.)
And yes, that toy was one of my favorites. Wish I still had it today. Who knows, it might be a collector's item.

Yeah i mean seriously who can make a pair of boxers that big anyway. also why does he need them lol?
Ah so the reason why hes ripped is because hes been training for thousands of years? thats a long time. whats he training for? also why do they live such short lives? you would think gigantic creatures would live for a very long time.

Well, he trains simply because he's Karmian, the entire race is heavily combat-orientated. Normally they just train against each other or other-worldy monsters, but because Myston is immortal and so high above his fellow Karmians skill-wise, he has to find other ways to train to challenge himself.
And I gave Karmians a short lifespan...well, it was kind of a spur of the moment decision honestly. I didn't put a ton of thought into it, and it could change in the future, I'm in the middle of putting my whole Kaijuverse through a renovation of sorts.

Hmmmmm i wonder what he does to train himself.
So is he good or bad?

He trains his fighting skill by battling off-world kaiju whenever he can. Beyond that, he trains to increase the power of his energy attacks, or perfect his fighting style, which is constantly evolving as he meets new fighters and fighting styles.
And he's definitely good. He's actually one of the main heroes of my Kaijuverse.

Does he like people?

That's actually not a bad way to describe him. He's more or less a nod to my inner Dragon Ball Z fanboy. He uses energy attacks in a similar manner, and those attacks are powered by his own Ki, like Z fighters.
And he regards humans as a sentient species like any other, and won't attack them. He actually will actively protect them if he can.

Well he does seem to be like an ultimate fighter. i wouldnt want to fight him lol. though i cant imagine how much he eats since hes always training and needs to fuel his awesome muscles.
Thats good to hear. i like good kaiju.

Welp, in all the time he's been alive, Myston has learned to exert enormous control over many of his body's functions, so he can probably slow his metabolism down if he needs to.
Yeah, that sounds pretty good, I think I'll make that cannon, lol.

Sorry, I was just saying I think I'm going to add Myston being able to control his metabolism, which I just came up with on the fly, to his "official" list of abilities.
Gotta love the flexibility of kaiju science, lol.

AWESOME PIC! I love the amount of muscle you gave him here. It looks perfect for someone who's been training for 2000 years, not overly muscled, and not an ounce of fat on him. The skin tone is perfect, just perfect. Black, but not so dark that you miss any of the features on him.
And the head blends right in with it all. I know I had voiced concerns over whether the head should be a different color then the body, but I prefer this, very much so. Oh, and I'm loving the training shorts.
You knocked another one out of the park Scatha! Thank you!

Thank you very much, Yaburu! I actually had fun drawing him-the pose came out really nice, surprisingly for a human sape, lol.
I'm very glad you like it, and hope you had a good birthday!

I'm really glad you had fun drawing him. I think it really comes through in the quality of the pic. It's hard for me to be objective, since it's my guy and all, but I really think this one of your better drawings.
And thanks for the B-day comment, I actually had the best Birthday I've had in years.
