What's ironic is, I think this plain ol' dragon, is better than most overly-decorated dragons I see nearly 24/7.

Rock on Scatha! This looks a lot like what TT and Gregole have done with their recent dragon projects. It has all the classic elements and has the iconic old wood carving style wings. I think this one stands on its own though because it has your iconic muscles and spines lol. I like that feral fiery gleam in his eye, makes quite a lively character. This thing freaking eats Knights three times a day.
Since we are on the subject of dragons (and you love doing them as much as I do), I was wondering if you've heard or seen the two major dragons in that medival power rangers like show called 'Mystic Knights of Tir Na Nog' or something to that effect. Basically there were two dragons, Pyre the fire dragon of Dare and Tyrune, the three headed hydra bugger that was his evil counterpart. I'd love to see your take on those two should you feel up to it.

Heh, I was actually thinking of Gregole while I drew this one-I was wondering if he'd like it. Then I saw TT's Woodcut dragons as I was inking this guy, and I just sorta chuckled, because we both did the old school dragon thing at the same time. XD
I have not heard of that show, but it sounds interesting. I'll have to look it up-I'm sure there'll be something on Youtube or Google.

He's based on the old school dragon designs, like you'd see in old Beastiarys and Woodcuts. A lot of them had those sorts of wings.
