This looks like one of the planes used for the "College Eye" program during the Vietnam War.

I once had the chance to see one of these in a museum. The guide, a veteran, told us that in the radome at the belly there was a pool and in the one on top a diving platform

The dome on top is probly for 8 foot pilots so they don't hit their heads...or y'know. Maybe not.
