Description
Exalt is a OOAK (one of a kind) gemsbok or kirin sculpture. She is made from polymer clay over a wire and foil armature and painted in acrylics. Exalt is about 4 inches long from chest to bum, and about 6 inches tall to the tip of her horns. She has inset blue-grey resin eyes, and has been painted in acrylics to resemble a gemsbok or oryx. Her hair is tibetan lamb fur.
I made Exalt little by little over the fall semester, and then finally got a chance to paint her over Christmas. I had a lot of fun working on her (I love gemsbok), and enjoyed doing outdoor photos too.
