It's kind of hire to animate if it contains too much detail that would take allot of hours to weeks or a few or more months.

I've heard a theory that HR-E may have actually been an abandonedΒ Haltmann creation, and that "HR" stands for "Haltmann Robot."
Neat how it ties into the series like that.
