did you use a ref for this?? i feel like i've seen something quite similar making its rounds on the internet, but maybe i'm mistaken! nonetheless it's a super cute concept - i love how there's no significant empty spots inside the rowlet itself, you did great with the whole negative/positive space thing here even though i could see it being difficult. :>

I don't know, this concept (letters that form things, in this case, Rowlet) exists, but I've never seen THIS CONCEPT on Rowlet, Litten or Popplio.
Also I don't know what's the name for these fan art-things, so that's a problem..
I didn't use a reference for the base, I just drawed a Rowlet to use AS a base
