The Blade County station is located in Deer Mountain, Aurora State. It is home to Engine Three One, Engine Three Two, Engine Three Three, Engine Three Four, Water Tender Three Five, Water Tender Three Six, Dozer Three Seven, Dozer Three Eight, Dozer Three Nine, Dozer Three Ten, Chase Three Eleven, Chase Three Twelve, and Battalion Three. Battalion Three oversees all units in Blade County, and Blade County falls under Division One.Engine Three One (Shops # PS2201) Engine Three One is staffed by up to: 1 Fire Apparatus Engineer (EMT/Paramedic), 1 Captain (EMT/Paramedic), and 2 FF/EMTs and/or FF/Paramedics. Total normal staffing: 4 and maintains a First Responder response level. Engine Three One is set up with one hosebed with 500' of 2 1/2" supply/attack hose. In addition to it's hosebed, Engine Three One also carries one 25' segments of 2 1/2" supply/attack hose, two 5' segments of 3" hard suction hose, three 150' progressive hose packs of 1" wildland attack hose, five 50' rolls of 1" forestry attack hose, and one 50' preconnected 1 3/4" protection line.
