Description
The Deviant State Police is Headquartered out of Forest City, West River County. The Deviant State Police has Jurisdiction over all Deviant State Highways, as well as acting as the state police. The Deviant State Police are deployed out of 9 Troops: Troop A- East River/West River Counties, Troop B- Bay/Death Canyon/Sedgweick Counties, Troop C- Northpoint/Greensboro/Clinton Counties, Troop D- Gold Coast/Northern Banks/Lincoln Counties, Troop E- Leon/Palm Springs/Tonka Counties, Troop F- Peak/Fremont/Woodbury Counties, Troop G- Stapleton/Alberta Counties, Troop H- Bandit/Creek Counties, and Troop I- Essex/Prince Remington/Sublette Counties.

Each Troop is assigned 25 Ford Taurus Police Interceptors, 15 Chevy Suburban Police Interceptors, 5 Stealth Ford Taurus Police Interceptors, 15 BMW 1600 RT-P Police Motorcycles, 5 Motorist Assistance Units, 2 Rollback Tow Trucks, 2 Prisoner Transport Vans, and 3 Commercial Vehicle Enforcement Chevy Suburban Police Interceptors. Troop A, Troop E, and Troop G also have 1 Mobile Command unit, and 1 Armored Van. All aircraft used by the State Police are based out of the Bayside International Airport. The department owns 10 Helicopters, and 1 Fixed Wing Speed Monitoring aircraft. The State Police also are responsible for all prisoner transport in the state, operating 30 prison buses, and 25 prison vans out of the various state prisons.

The Regular Patrol cars are staffed by one or two state troopers. The K-9 Cars are staffed by one state trooper and one K-9. The Supervisor Cars are staffed by one watch commander, and the Motor Units are staffed by one motor trooper. The Motorist Assistance and Tow Truck are staffed by one state trooper. The Prison Van and Prison Bus are staffed by two state troopers. The Armored Van is staffed by ten state troopers. The Mobile Command is staffed by one state trooper. The Air units are staffed by two pilots, and one crew chief.

All of the patrol cars are outfitted with forward and rear dash cameras, a mobile data terminal, one passive and active radar system, one mounted GPS unit, one Colt M-4 Carbine, one Remington 870 Shotgun, two spike strips, five traffic cones, three rolls of crime scene tape, ten road flares, one first aid kit, one multi purpose fire extinguisher, and two traffic vests.

The motor units are outfitted with a traffic vest, one roll of crime scene tape, a mobile data terminal, one mounted GPS unit, two road flares, and a radar gun.

The Motorist assistance units are outfitted with forward and rear dash cameras, a mobile data terminal, one mounted GPS unit, twenty traffic cones, a three ton jack, an Air Compressor, various air driven tools, various hand tools, one portable generator, a little giant ladder, one pressure washer, a Lock Out Kit, one multi purpose fire extinguisher, one roll of crime scene tape, twenty road flares, and three 5 gallon gasoline cans.

The Tow trucks are outfitted with a forward dash camera, a mobile data terminal, one mounted GPS unit, five road flares, various lengths of chain and rope, axle forks, various hand tools, a Lock Out Kit, and a multi purpose fire extinguisher.

The Prison Vans and Buses are outfitted with forward and rear dash cameras, CCTV cameras of prisoner areas, a mobile data terminal, shackle mounts, one multi purpose fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

The Armored Vans and Mobile Command Units are outfitted with forward and rear dash cameras, a mobile data terminal, one mounted GPS Unit, a little giant ladder, one multi purpose fire extinguisher, and a first aid kit.

The Helicopters are outfitted with a mobile data terminal, six fast rope mounts, a crash survival kit, two halon 1211 extinguishers, and one long backboard.

The Speed Enforcement aircraft is outfitted with a mobile data terminal, speed monitoring equipment, a crash survival kit, and two Halon 1211 extinguishers.
