Description
Experimenting with this shape ... I was planning to make it only marginally different from the first vortex, but then something unexpected happened, and I liked the result.Related content

This is so cool. Are the pages kept in place naturally with pressure and friction, or do you adhere them somehow?
...or is this a drawing that's so photo-
realistic that I couldn't tell it was a drawing?

This is an actual book. I rolled each page, if they are rolled tight enough then they stay in that shape. No glue or photoshop involved I should have realized that people might wonder.

I was pretty sure it was a real book, because of the highlight on the surface the book is resting on, but then an artist good enough to draw that realistically could have assumed light needed for camera pictures as well so...but yea, book folding is super neat and your little swirly thing there is super awesome^^
