Mass Effect Fanart for a friend that wanted me to draw a Krogan? Well I am not too familiar with the game but I hope you guys like it and if I made an error in his name or anything just let me know

best Wrex picture ever. you drew him perfectly and i love the pose. just wish it was a little brighter on the armor and gun. but it goes good for him. he's just that kinda guy xD *hugs Wrex* he's my favorite

i think it is out for the ps3 as well, but im not certain. been a while since i've been to the game store. surprisingly, i found some vids on youtube, and from what i could figure, they even have it for the computer. i was like o: so its likely they have it for ps3.
and no prob. *begins looking* i'd show you some vids, but i dont wanna spoil the game for you. so i'll just get some pics for ya. x3

Try starting with a solid base color on one layer and on another layer take your brush and turn down the opacity of the brush and use a lighter or darker color than the base and try and shade. The lower the Opacity the lighter the highlights and shadows will be. I hope that helped you out if you have any more questions feel free to ask man.

check out my recent work I just submiteed, it's the lost and found..
and I didn't try that yet, but I used the flow/air brush to do that work.. and just changed the opacity, plus for every new color, I did a new layer

Did you start with base colors because it looks a bit faded.
Its not good to use too many layers. Base colors should be on one layer and the shadows and highlights on others.

well have a bg layer and then after the background layer add a layer for base colors under the lineart or sketch and then on top of the sketch layer add another for shadows and highlights.
