It's not you. I was confused too. That happens when there is really no identity put into the designs anymore. Since the 90s car companies decided that they had to copy each others designs and use the same design teams.

It's bad when someone can confuse a Ferrari with a Saleen. I remember when Ferraris used to look like Ferraris and Lamborghinis looked like Lamborghinis.
