Actually it wasn't that hard.
Like 3 or 4 different frames for the tail movement.

But you know that a vector doesn't always look like it's from the show.
As far as I know it just means no loss of quality if you scale it.
Because it's made of shapes and not of pixels.
But I'm sure that guys is the right person for you.
I bet he can make her look like she's from the show
