pretty good at portraying rick's sexiness but...
if we want it to make it look better, you should work on the autonomy or at least like basic shapes because its a cartoon.
Work on drawing feet, but his eyes are okay. The back ground looks fine too
You should also practice drawing hands.
You should pick a less saturated green and brown for the shirt and pants. You're good at portraying rick's personality in the painting. You can fix rick's hair a little. Rick's body is a little bit more slimmer, his hips are a little too big. His face is more round and you forgot his sexy uni-brow.

With Desktop Background it delivers a fun energy driven piece. The positives I can give is the amount of creativity and energy that I see in this piece. Clearly you have had fun making this. Also the fact that the figure is clearly a person with a gun. The other thing that elevates this is the use of color. Though black and white could be good if done well. But this picture needed it so I could tell what was going on or what object was which. Unfortunately though this isn't that great. Though there were some positive there's a lot of negatives. For instance the hand holding the gun fazes through as you used no over lapping to create a sense of illusion. That's why it's hard to tell if he's holding the gun or throwing it. The ring finger without the gun looks very rushed and not natural. The proportions the index and middle should not be shorter than the ring. Also there is no shading and no sense of three dimensions which breaks the illusion of art. If you make these improvements your art will be better. This is not an attack on you. Please take these pointers to improve your future work. Also have a great day and thank you for letting me review your work.
