Inspired by a New Vegas comic which was in turn inspired by an old British sitcom, The Young Ones .

It would probably be more accurate to have the Krieger replaced by Tempestus Scions, since they’re more likely to (a) speak and (b) work with aliens, but I just wanted to draw my masked lunatics.

Also, every sentient faction in 40K is pretty much summed up here anyway, so they don't really get to judge much.
