It's been a year almost to the day since I last posted any art. Last year around this time I was diagnosed with throat cancer. Because of treatment and side effects I just haven't felt like making art. The good news is I'm cancer free now, but I still have a lot of recovery left. My voice is almost gone and I still struggle to swallow. I've been on a feeding tube for most of the last year.

I've gotten a lot of new followers in the last year and I always felt bad when I saw a new one, because I didn't know when or if I was going to feel like making art again. Recently, I've been getting back into making art. A lot of what I've been doing is just practicing, because I'm pretty rusty, but I like the way this one turned out.
