Now, I was going to have him standing while parts of him (arm, leg, left side of his face) morph from his 'elderly man' to 'young handsome 80's sexgod' form, but ended up with just his old man form instead. Why I thought that was because Ego is technically an entity whose original form is a planet.
Speaking of planets, I had him holding his planet form that was seen briefly in the GOTG Vol 2 movie as a little fun. If that doesn't tickle your fancy, I could rework it as a hand on his hip pose.
