well, personally I'd like more expression from the victim, she seem too calm, the look on the executioner is good but i don't like to two hand grip on the gun especially with the double finger on the trigger a one hand grip would be preferred, and keep the gun 5" to 10" from the victim.
keeping the picture in B&W is a good choice, it gives a good feel that this wont end well for the victim an the choice of location is marvelous...

I asked Olivia to keep her expression economical, so that she looks fatalistic, resigned to her fate. I like that very much.
And the gun must be held in both hands, otherwise the recoil will kick it out of your hand.

Have you ever seen what happens at the exit wound? It`s really huge! A shot in the back of the head would destroy her face, and that wouldn`t look very pretty. 
No no, a shot in the neck makes a lot of blood pour over her chest, but the face remains intact.
