Abilities: Psionix possesses psychic powers, able to move and control objects with his mind, generate psychic blasts, but most importantly, alter the physical environment around him in a number of ways. He can create bursts of projectile fire, create a barrier around him that can nullify anything other than physical attacks, and various other effects.

Weaknesses: His costume was originally created to enhance his powers and his ability to channel them into different ways, and while it is resilient to normal attacks, it is still able to be damaged. If it is damaged enough, he loses access to a majority of his powers and/or the ability to channel them. He is also mortal and is liable to be injured or killed, and his devotion to his loved ones can be exploited if his identity is revealed or figured out.

Personality: Alexander is doting, sincere, patient, and devoted, but also shy and easily embarrassed/flustered. He hates lying, and often struggles with that fact due to being a superhero and needing to keep it a secret from his friends and family, especially his boyfriend.

Background: Alexander lived a normal life, as many people did, albeit with the fact that paranormal occurrences seemed to take place around him during certain intervals. Objects would move on their own or be activated seemingly at random, but it was never really an issue up until Alexander hit his teenage years. Then the activity started going wild, which brought in experts to the King household to see about having to deal with the matter, as Alexander's parents were getting very worried but didn't have the funds to move out.

The experts arrived and did their work, but could find no trace of anything paranormal until Alexander came home from school that day, and that's when the truth ended up surfacing. The Kings were informed that they weren't experiencing a haunting, their son had psychic abilities that were kicking into high gear thanks to puberty. Thankful, but still concerned, Alexander's parents went about finding the correct people to help with this issue, which in turn lead a behavioral health organization to approach Alexander with an offer to help him through therapy. Alexander agreed, hoping therapy would assist him in controlling his rampaging abilities.

When he got inside the building's inner area with just his therapist, he would find that the organization was much different than he expected it to be. It was something out of a movie, but one that he was living. His therapist did play the part, helping him sort through his mental problems and puberty, but Alexander also underwent training exercises to hone and control his powers using a specialized suit. This continued onwards to adulthood, with his control over his psychic powers being precise and stable, to the point his weekly visits became monthly visits instead, Alexander being thankful that he can be truthful with someone about it, even if his friends and family do not know the reality of his therapist visits.

At the age of twenty, Alexander, or Lexi to the friends he had made by this point, pondered on becoming a superhero. With advice from his therapist, he went ahead with it, taking the psychic enhancement and control suit provided by the organization and modifying the design to be a superhero costume. Thus Psionix was born, hero of the city Alexander called home. And shortly after this took place, he developed a relationship with one of his friends, Jayden Merrick, the two becoming boyfriends. Alexander wishes to tell Jayden about his superhero identity due to his dislike of lying, especially since they are living together, but is still keeping up the secret for Jayden's own safety. That may change in the near future though...
