Wow is that a clever title. This is v1 of my vector tribute to "Whisper's First Cover " by ~Faryndreyn . It was completely random that I stumbled across her deviation and gallery. I lucked out, what can I say. I did recieve permission from her to redraw this picture. Hopefully she'll let me "ink" more of her work down the line.

This was very time consuming to duplicate the original picture as accurately as I did. There was no "auto-trace" (aka potrace) at all for this, it was all redone by hand with the bezier tool. The only areas where I deviated from original lines was to make things either smoother or more mathematically accurate (and I did keep it to an absolute minimum). Either way, the creative credit is definitely hers.
