it's like giger on acid, or Terry Gillingham on something far worse. you have gone through so many style changes since i have been watching you, from the generic dark to the textured ambient dark to other dark stuff (did i say dark yet?). I'm just glad I came along for the ride
p.s. this is very vibrant and pleasant to look at, your colour balance is still something else! please keep it up...

BRILLIANT! i was hoping so. im glad uve already thought of that and are working on that.
im going to have to agree.. i love your old stuff.. very natural earthy colours, almost sepia, in a colourful manour. but this new stuff is great.. cracked out colours, and your right, to make a dark painting out of such bright happy colours is an amazing talent. it reminds me of the band Everclear. happy upbeat music.. depressing lyrics. any one person would take a quick glimps and see those carnival colours, but on second glance they'd see what was really going on.

So... about this work..
Pictures within pictures... your flair for that has always been apparent in every work ever done by you. But I think this new direction in style is definitely different. You have more balance of colors as well as variety. Also your figures are becoming(if possible) more abstract. I love the balance and the color contrast. Im not sure I love the total context of the piece.. give me time to stare and think.
