Snowy lives on the grounds of the Ice Kingdom with her animal guardian Rug. She is deathly afraid of the Ice King and hides from him under Rug. Rug is an albino deer that can flatten out to look like an animal rug HENCE his name. When the Ice King flies over Rug and Snowy, Snowy hides under Rug. From above, Rug just looks like a blanket of snow with two twigs.
