Shading is my favorite part of a picture so I made sure to go into detail on that! c:
And yeah I used to make eyes absolute white, but i started to change that once I started drawing Dandy.

Nice job with the shading especially towards the hair, feathers and jeans. Seeing more artists actually making patterns conform with an object (and not take a shortcut by using filters and fillers) is always welcome.
