If Samus has hyper mode, Mega Man is gonna have a hard time catching her, but he is all machine, so I think he can cope somehow. I think she's more agile with the morph ball and her evading, so she'll be doing more hit and run. Mega Man can actually take hits and give them back, so he can brawl. Since they both got cannons and a charge beam, I guess it's up to what powers they got. I like them both, so it's ironic for me to say they'll do each other in... Aw, what the heck, I'll just say Samus will win. She can avoid the fight by gunning Mega Man down with her ship! But then if we're talkin abut Mega Man X, then... Ultimate Armor will do the job!

hehehe...i think it will all come to who can last out the longest.. samus is somewhat part human, so i think she might lose.. (but i love em both too, so i will say, its a DRAW!!) lol

Yeah, everyone says cause she's human, she won't last, but hey, that's why she can out maneuver mega man, unless it's x, where he can use his dash ability to chase her around. But just because he's more machine than samus doesn't mean he's better, I mean he is programmed to think/behave like a human by dr. light, while samus isn't a softy. What about her power bombs? She can bail herself out at the last minute if mega man gets too close. hmm... but he's not much of a close range fighter, unless he learned to use zero's saber. Man... total nerd-out for me!

if we take the classic Mega Man, well it's hard to decide, but X and Zero cubrstomp Samus anyday
X can stop time and kick her into a black hole (Dark Hold + Squeeze Bomb)
Zero doesn't needs to use Dark Hold, he just uses Shouryuudan Reppujin or Genmurei and it's all over

Erm... I'd say Mega. The mechanical parts are perfectly integrated, so he can make better use of them. Plus, he can manhandle mechanical creatures better than miss Aran.
