Description
This is Nobyl. It is a demon that had been created by a more poweerful demon for use as an assassin*. Chernobyl is a skilled assassin and its flesh is capable of stretching and bending in unnatural ways. Its body produces a slick oily substance that allows it to slip through the grasp of most other creatures and through tight areas such as ventilation systems. It is able to operate entirely silently, but when not on high alert its breaathing is heavy through the "mask". It is not wearing a mask or latex suit, that's just what it/he looks like.
