Jasmine was born in Meridia in the small village of Evergreen Town; which is where Datan and his father moved. Since they were the only two kids in town they grew up playing together and became close friends. Then the two of them eventually met Seighrein, and Jasmine decided to try and be a trainer like him, eventually being able to catch a Whismur and train it. It was through this that she found her real true calling and wanted to enter contest halls and become a Pokemon Coordinator. Though she still does her best to train her Whismur she knows she won't be strong enough to face the Gym Leaders and so still spends most of her time grooming her Pokemon for contests.

Welp; I felt that Jasmine needed a bit of a shakeup (I don't know why but her original design ended up feeling kinda blargh for me) So here you guys go; and hope you all like the new and improved Jasmine!
