Description
The Captain of Squad 10, which is nicknamed "The Misfit Squad," Kana was born in the Human World as a musical prodigy; her parents making her learn to play piano even though she wanted to learn guitar. She passed away when she was young due to an illness and was adopted by a family when she arrived in the Rukongai. Kana was eventually recruited into and enrolled in the Shino Academy because of her immense Reiatsu that was noticed by her family, and she graduated with ease. She was a rarity; a human soul that was a prodigy Shinigami, as she already learned her Bankai only a few months after graduating. She was placed in Squad 10, and when Kana was ready the Captain retired, naming Kana his successor to run the Squad.
