Description
The Captain of Squad 8, which runs the Shino Academy, Takeshi was born in The Human World to an officer in the Shogun's army; so he had always been a warrior. Takeshi was always a big thinker as well, even growing up he was able to outsmart most of his peers, and his father had him become a Samurai and made him learn battle tactics. When he passed away and came to Soul Society, his quick thinking and great strategizing came with him; and when he became a Shinigami he immediately used those to adapt to this new arena of combat. There was no proper training of any kind though for people who didn't have family members as a Shingami; so Takeshi took it upon himself to teach people whenever he could. When the Gotei 13 was created Takeshi was approached by Haichi about training; and Takeshi was not only given the Rank of Captain; he created the Shino Academy to help future Shinigami learn everything...as well as figure who would and wouldn't be able to handle the job.
