No, the vehicle is for urban enviros. It's a vehicle concept for entertainment. The front bumper is a huge hydraulic ramming contraption to push parked cars and debris out of the way.

this looks pretty badass, I just have one question, was this vehicle designed for off-road? If so, I'm wondering if the vehicle could withstand rocky environment due to it's body being so close to the ground. I know this is only for entertainment but.... well anyway I really like it ; )
