Description
-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Here is a representation of the distribution and forms of the different populations of Homosaurus on the European continent.
It must be understood that the variation of plumage is not a permanent factor and that in the people of the same country, one can find several populations of different origins (a little like in our world, at our time).
So the image, above, represents plumage variations for "native" populations in various parts of Europe, Asia and North Africa.
For those who are in the European continent, I invite you to try, from the origins of your Ancestors, to find what shape you have in your trans-universe family.
For my part, my father has German origins and my mother is a mixture of Belgian and a quarter of Spanish ... so by deduction, I should be a Germain with a clear front, so a type Belgium / Netherlands .

Hey, can you find out what my alternate universe self would look like based on my lineage? Except I'm an American, but my heritage comes from there. Is that still okay?

if your ancestors were natives of North America, then you belong to the lineage of the North American (to represent on this map that illustrates the migrations of the species Homosaurus) but if your ancestors belong to the Europeans, without hybridizations with native Americans ... then you must be from the lineage of Europeans from the British Isles
unless you know that it is not from these countries that your ancestors came ...
it is all about ancient populations, because the history of homosaurus is basically the same as ours ... including the conquest of North America, by the Europeans

You did get the British part correct because a lot of European Americans ultimately came from the British Isles. While half of it does come from the British Isles from both sides of my family, my other half is more interesting in my opinion. That part comes mainly from France, Germany, Norway and Sweden. We can all thank mass immigration from the late 1800s for that. XD

taking into account all these origins and if one makes a ratio 50% + (12,5 + 12,5 + 12,5 + 12,5)% ... the resulting hybrid, will compensate to an Englishbird of South of England, with a slightly lighter back (silver border) and hip and tail type Sweden (but slightly darker) ...
I suspect that it is not predict, but from origins if diversified, make the results a little more complex to define.
I still hope that this little discovery interested you

It has. In fact, the way you described it makes me want to make a little colored sketch of what this alternate version of me would look like. Thank you very much.

Not exactly, Homosaurus lives on an Earth, in an alternate universe. They are literally the equivalent of the human in this dimension.
In this regard, all of us exist in this universe, except that we are Homosaurus ... obviously.
Their story is slightly different from ours and their technology is also more advanced. But this people remains none the less, very close to us ... the only factors that can vary in our way of life is that they are oviparous birds and we viviparous mammals, so the infrastructures and tools are different and adapt to their species.

I don't know what nationality are you? But I can assure you that you exist in this universe, unless your birth is due only to a historical event that has occurred only in our world (like slavery of Africans, by Europeans and Americans ).
If you want, from the origins of your 2 parents (and if possible their parents), I could determine what you look like in this universe

I see that you live in the United Kingdom, so extrapolating that your parents are also English and that their parents are also from the same region ... I keep a small percentage of possibility of gene incrustation from Scotland or Ireland ... so, we get: a Breton type of South ...
