It was the religion that was in Europe until Christianity took over, i assumed by seeing the upside down hammer, it`s one of the symbol for the religion.

I am not especially religious, but I respect the principles of some of them and I like to study the mythologies (especially Scandinavian).
So, I did not know the term "Asatru" but my hammer is good MjΓΆllnir. I wear it to show that I respect this culture, but also, to show that I like beautiful jewels.
In a sense, I am, a little, a heretic ... but I like to hold my origins Belgae (Nerviens) and Germanic ... which included mixtures of different cults, including Celts and Scandinavians.
