Totally inspired by [link] by ~masterddd wich is an EPIC emoticon! :DSo I'd like to try and give the masterpiece some new life! ... and ofcourse I added some =Scorpion81 ness to it.
THERES NO FRAMERATE SO YOU GOTTA USE FIREFOX TO SEE IT PROPERLY!

Changed the framerate to 0,03 sec. since there seemed to be some problems with...

Photoshop has an option that kind of.. disables framerate. Instead of the average framerate like 0,1 fps, it just goes to the next one emediately wich gives a MUCH faster effect. c:
And the reason you'd wanna use Firefox is because FF is the only webbrowser the supports framerate's under 0,1 fps.

Oddly, 0ms is much slower than 1ms. O_o

That's probably cause it's going to fast for youre pc to handle.

Uhh, no. I opened it in Gimp, it played at somewhere around 100ms, although it showed it as 0ms. 1ms plays very fast on my computer, so why would 0ms be too much?
