Well, you can do the gay couple if you have the inTeenimator. You can also get your teen dudes knocked up with this hack.

It's one of those downloadable hacks. Go to [link] , register (it's free), then type in their downloads search the key word "pregnant." There should be a Get Your Teen Sim Girls pregnant hack with the inTeenimator (the main picture is the one where this teen is holding an alien baby). There's a link to the inTeenimator form in that summary of that particular download at [link] . Click on that link in that summary, go to the forum, create an account on that forum (it's free), and download the inTeenimator from one of their main forum threads. That's how I got mine. >.<

Get the inTeenimator. Easiest way. Download it to your Sims 2 game (your downloads folder in the EA file), according to whichever expansion pack that you have...that is if you have the expansion pack. You can also get them abducted by aliens if you make the male sim go and stargaze every night from 7 am to 2:00 am.
