Finally finished, and am quite happy with it. Also realized to use more contrast, makes dolls way better looking .u. My favorite parts have to be Cecila and Rumil's shirt. I think I nailed them well.

Moving on from that. The thing in this picture that actually strikes me the most are her boots. The shadows+the highlights rather plainly show the texture of the boot, which is something I rarely see pixel artists capture perfectly, as you have here.Β
I... don't actually see any problems to speak of. The only weird looking thing I see (the line across his nose) is likely just a character detail. This is a fantastic picture.
