Family: older sister Chelsea Arrow , parents
History: Fanny was born into an open minded family as a 3rd planned child. Though, the second child died due to miscarriage. This leaded to Fanny's mother to fall into depression and she started using drugs. Fanny's father started smoking pot to relieve his stress from work. Fanny herself stayed out of drugs, and she rarely even drank any alcohol. Especially after what happened to her older sister of couple years Chelsea (find out in Chelsea Arrow 's BIO), she decided to stay far from drugs. But she did try smoking in elementary and got hooked.
When she went to public high school she felt like she needed to start making money. After a while asking around Fanny managed to get some pills and proceeded to sell them forward. She got caught not soon after and got suspended from school. She still sells pill to whoever wants them, but is still in debt to the guy who supplies her pills. She isn't dead only to due to Chelsea knowing Anacoth, with who Fanny befriends over time, who makes sure 'Punk' isn't offed or beat up too badly at any point.
Personality: easily spooked and socially awkward, likes to joke around even in inappropriate situations, gets in trouble easily, little bit superstitious, she very often puts others before herself even if it's hurting her, nice and polite, humble when she has learned the lesson the hard way, pacifist
Condition: healthy enough, higher risk of lung cancer due to smoking
Strengths: surprisingly good at making good points and getting out of bad situations
