So, if you've never played a scribblenauts game, you should know that the music in it tends to have many voice sound effects. Most of them consist of "pi", "ka", and "oo"/"uh".Being a pokemon fan, I always assumed that the director of the music (David J. Franco, the man in the sunglasses) kind of accidentally had this incident.
