Its not a comic.  Its a different game.  I forgot your earlier comments in this chain and that you didn't know.  ...Oh well, the player meets Sue literally 15 minutes into the game, so as I see it, I've spoiled basically nothing.

Cave Story was originally a freeware game that you can still download from its own site, but it also got made into a Wiiware game for the Nintendo Wii, and it was released on the 3DS, and other platforms.  Here's an overview of the different releases (the Free version's link is at the top of the page, so you can begin playing tonight!):

Cave Story is set on a magical (and hollowed out, hence the CAVE in Cave Story) floating island that is populated by rabbit-esque creatures called Mimiga, who are small and peaceful but have an exploitable trait I won't go into here.  Sue was a human girl who was with a group of people who...well, as spoiler free as I can make it:  They got attacked by the bad guys and Sue was turned into a Mimiga for...reasons... SHUTTING UP NOW!

Point is, Mimigas aren't Undertale Monsters, but they are setting-specific creatures that have a special place in the plot of Cave Story.

I make no promises about the game not frustrating you (there is a "Good" Ending and a secret "Best" Ending, but...well, given what I CAN'T change- no, I won't specify- I think I actually prefer the normal ending despite how much harder I had to work for the so-called "Best" Ending.  But maybe you'll feel differently...  Oh, and its a super-precise platformer with berserk boss battles where you have to hammer the fire button like a crazy maniac, that too.), but its still pretty cool.  It was popular back in its day (circa 2004, but I became aware of it during the Wiiware days of 2010) but I haven't heard much about it recently.

No working PC I'm allowed to install anything on, especially games from random sites. I use my tablet and Android phone mostly for gaming and web surfing, plus I have plenty of games on my XB1. However, I usually don't get console games except on Christmas because they're so expensive, so I save money and buy them on mobile when I can. One really good game you can get for free on mobile but have to buy on console is Dead Effect 2. Not as elaborate as the console version, no co-op like the PC version has, and none of the intricate controls of VR, but it has the full story experience and all the weapons.

Ah.  Well, Youtube will work, I suppose.  Unlike Undertale, there's not a whole experience that is ruined forever if you aren't making decisions yourself.  The gameplay does shine on its own and is worth a play sometime, though.  You will die a lot, though.

Yeah, I know, there's a game that uses the same combat system and visuals as UnderTale that you can get for free on mobile called 'Would You Die For Love?' I've never actually played UnderTale myself, but this game is DEFINITELY a LOT harder Imagine the difficulty of the fight with Sans and apply that to every fight in the game...
