got this is epic

i would love to have a picture like this :/

im looking for someone who could:

Play Fallout: New Vegas> add some sexy visaul mods, and Wear Some Enclave Armour

Then PhotoShop a Destroyed City in the Background and have it appear the suns setting and a Enclave Solider is Walking Out of the Dust and Smoke towards the Camera.

Then Add some Special Effects and grains and blurs and light effects from: Photoshop CS5/special effects

and call it good :L

thats my dream lol easier said then done
